A RESOLUTION FIXING THE DATE FOR A HEARING ON
A PETITION TO VACATE, ABANDON AND CLOSE A
PORTION OF THE NORTH-SOUTH ALLEY AND A PORTION
OF EAST 24TH STREET, LOCATED WITHIN BLOCK 32 ,
BRAGG' S SECOND ADDITION TO THE CITY OF Lt LE
ROCK, ARKANSAS .
WHEREAS , the Little Rock School District, Little Rock,
Arkansas , has filed with the Little Rock City Board of Directors
its Petition paying that the North-South alley located within
Block 32 , Bragg' s Second Addition tothe City of Little Rock,
Arkansas , which North-South alley adjoins the East boundary
line of Lots 5 to 13 , inclusive , of said Block 32 , Bragg's
Second Addition to the City of Little Rock, Arkansas , and also
its Petition to close a portion of East 24th Street located
within Block 32 , Bragg's Second Addition to the City of Little
Rock, Arkansas , which portion of East 24th Street adjoins the
South boundary line of Lot 13, Block 32 , Bragg's Second Addition
to the City of Little Rock, Arkansas , and is located East of
McAlmont Street, Little Rock,Arkansas , all as more particularly
described in said Petition, and the Plat attached thereto, be
vacated, abandoned and closed;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY BOARD OF DIRECTORS
OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS :
Section 1. That the 6th day of July , 1964, at 7:30
o'clock .m. , in the chamber s of the Board of Directors is the
date and time fixed for the hearing on this Petition.
Section 2 . That the City Clerk of Little Rock, Arkansas,
give notice of such hearing by publication once a week for two (2)
consecutive weeks in some newspaper published in the County and
having a general circulation in the City, stating in said Notice

the name of Petitioner, a description of the alley and street
to be vacated, and advising all persons that on the date named
above , the Board of Directors will hear the Petition and
determine whether said alley and street should be closed.
