A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE EMPLOYMENT OF FINLEY WILLIAMS,
ENGINEER, TO PREPARE PLANS FOR THE INSTALLATION OF SEWER
SERVICES TO THE PROPOSED FIRE STATION NO. 15 ; AUTHORIZING
AND DIRECTING THE TAKING OF BIDS FOR SUCH vJORK; AND FOR
OTHER PURPOSES.
WHEREAS, it is necessary that plans be prepared for the con-
struction of sewer facilities to Fire Station No. 15 near
Twelfth Street and Rodney Parham Road, and
WHEREAS, it is necessary that a contract be let for the
installation of such facilities.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF
THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. The City Manager is hereby directed to procure
the services of Finley Williams, Engineer, in connection with the
preparation of plans and specifications for the installation of
sewer facilities to the proposed Fire Station No. 15 ;
SECTION 2. The City Manager is hereby authorized and direct-
ed upon completion of said plans and specifications to advertise
for bids for the construction of said sewer facilities in the
method and manner provided by law.
SECTION 3. This Resolution shall be in full force and
effect from and after its adoption.
