A RESOLUTION ACCEPTING A DEDICATION DEED FOR RIGHT-OF-WAY
NEAR AND ADJACENT TO RIVER ROAD AND REBSAMEN PAR ; AND FOR
OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF LITTLE
ROCK, ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. The dedication of right-cif-way, as more fully
described in Section 2 hereof, given and made by Country Club
Builders, Inc. , in connection with the subdivision of lands adjacent
to said right-of-way, is hereby accepted.
SECTION 2. The dedication deed accepted in Section 1 hereof
is in form and substance as follows :

DEDICATION DEED
KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS :
THAT COUNTRY CLUB BUILDERS , INC. , a corporation
organized under and by virtue of the laws of the State of Arkansas,
by its President and Secretary, duly authorized by proper re-
solution of its Board of Directors, for and in consideration of
the benefits accruing to the public, does hereby donate and convey
to the City of Little Rock forever, for the purposes of a public
street and the installation and maintenance of public utilities ,
a strip of land owned by it situated in part of the Southwest
Quarter of the Southeast Quarter, Section 29, Township 2 North,
Range 12 West in the City of Little Rock, Pulaski County, Arkansas ,
being more particularly described as follows , to-wit:
Commencing at a point on the South line of the
Southwest Quarter of the Southeast Quarter, Section
29, Township 2 North, Range 12 West, where the said
South line intersects the Westerly right-of-way line
of the Chicago, Rock Island, and Pacific Railroad
Company; thence West along the South line of the said
Southwest Quarter of the Southeast Quarter for 55.65
feet to a point ; thence by deflection angle to the
right of 71° 25' for 405 feet to a goint; thence by
deflection angle to the right of 90 to a point on
the westerly right-of-way line of the Chicago, Rock
Island, and Pacific Railroad Company; thence south-
easterly along the said westerly right-of-way line
of the Chicago, Rock Island, and Pacific Railroad
Company to the point of beginning.
TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the same unto the City of Little Rock
forever subject to easements of record.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, this instrument is executed on this
day of , 1964.

to me well known, who stated that
they were the President and Secretary of COUNTRY CLUB BUILDERS ;
INC . , a corporation, and were duly authorized in their respective
capacities to execute the foregoing easement for and in the name
and behalf of said corporation, and further stated and acknowledged
that they had so signed, executed and delivered said easement for
the consideration, uses and purposes therein mentioned and set
forth.
