RESOLUTION APPROVING THE LOCATION OF A HELISTOP ON THE ROOF
OF THE GRADY MANNING HOTEL PARKING DECK AT OR NEAR MARKHAM
AND MAIN STREETS IN THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS, SUB-
JECT TO CERTAIN CONDITIONS; AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES:
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF LITTLE
ROCK, ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. The City Manager is hereby authorized and directed
to advise any and all persons concerned that there is no objection
on the part of the Board of Directors of the City of Little Rock
to the proposed location of a helistop on the roof of the Grady
Manning Hotel Parking Deck in the city of Little Rock, provided
that such party or parties as may desire to use such facilities in
providing helistop services to the downtown part of the Little Rock
area shall do so under the authority and permission of the Federal
Aviation Administration and under its strict control and super-
vision.
SECTION 2. This resolution shall be in full force and effect
from and after its adoption.
