RESOLUTION OF TEE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS, SETTING P.HE DATE OF HEARING
ON THE PETITION TO VACATE STREET BETWEEN BLACKS 11
and 12, BOUT,F.VARD TERRACE ADDITION 42, TO THE CITY
OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKAUSAS.
WHEREAS, a petition was duly filed with the Board of Directors of the
City of Little Rock, Arkansas, on t'-e 31st day of March , 1964,
asking the Board of Directors to vacate and abandon all of the street between
Blocks 11 and 12, Boulevard Terrace Addition # 2, to the City of Little Rock,
as designated on the plat of said Addition now appearing of record in Plat Book
1, Page 256, in the office of the Recorder of Pulaski County, Arkansas,
subject, however, to any public utility easement located in said street.
NOW, TEEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. The hearing on said petition shall be held at the meeting
of the Board of Directors in the City Hall at 7: 30 otclock P.M., on
the 4th day of May , 1964.
SECTION 2. The City Clerk is hereby directed to give notice of such hear-
ing in the manner prescribed by law by publication once a week for two (2)
consecutive weeks in a newspaper published in Pulaski County, Arkansas, and
having general circulation in the City of Little Rock.
