A RESOLUTION AWARDING CONTACTS ON BIDS FOR THE PURCHASE
OF CERTAIN EQUIPMENT AND MATERIALS FOR USE BY THE TRAFFIC
DEPARTMENT AND STREET DEPARTMENT OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK;
AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES .
WHEREAS, invitation for bids for the equipment and material
identified by this resolution have been legally published; and
WHEREAS, bids have been received and opened pursuant to said
invitation; and
WHEREAS, the Board of Directors of the City of Little Rock de-
sires to award contracts on said bids to the lowest responsible and
responsive bidder therefor;
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE
CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. Contracts for the purchase of the following equip-
ment and materials for use by the Departments of the City as designated
below are hereby awarded to the persons, firms, or corporations in the
amounts shown below:

SECTION 3 . This resolution shall be in full force and effect
from and after its adoption.
