A RESOLUTION ACCEPTING A DEDICATION DEED FOR RIGHT-OF-WAY
ALONG "C" STREET WITHIN THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK; AND FOR
OTHER PURPOSES .
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK,
ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1 . A certain Dedication Deed executed on or about
December 15 , 1960, by Lissa W. Martin, J . N. Crowder, Rose Crowder,
Helen 2obinson, Merle 14 . <<;illiams, Dona L. Williams , A. M. Sullivan
and Louise Sullivan, granting unto the City of Little Rock and unto
the public a certain easement for right-of-way along "C" Street near
University Avenue, which Deed is filed of record in Deed Book 752,
Page 11, of the Records of the Circuit Clerk and recorder of Pulaski
County, Arkansas , is hereby accepted by the City of Little Rock, Ark-
ansas.
SECTION 2. This resolution shall be in full force and effect
from and after its adoption.
