RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF LITTLE
ROCK, ARKANSAS, SETTING THE DATE OF A HEARING OE PETITI:;N
TO VACATE A STREET LYING BETWEEN BLOCK 2, SANTA FE PARK
ADDITION TO CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS, AND LOTS 63,
64 65, 66 AND 67, TREASURE HILL SUBDIVISION OF PART OF
SEq, SECTION 34, TOWNSHIP 2 NORTH, RANGE 13 WEST, PULASKI
COUNTY, ARKANSAS.
WHEREAS, a petition was duly filed with the Board of Directors
of the City of Little Rock, Arkansas, on the 7th day of January ,,
1964, asking the said Board of Directors to vacate and abandon
all of that part of Park Street lying between Block 2, Santa Fe
Park Addition to the City of Little Rock, Arkansas and Lots 63,
64, 65, 66 and 67, Treasure Hill Subdivision of Part of SEa, Sec-
tion 34, Township 2 North, Range 13 West, Pulaski County, Arkansa-
as described in Plat Book 1, Page 164 of the Records of Pulaski
County, Arkansas;
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF
THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. That a hearing on said petition shall be held at
the meeting of the Board of Directors in the City Hall at 7:30
o' clock P . M. on the 16th day of March , 1964•
SECTION 2. The City Clerk is hereby directed to give notice
of such hearing in the manner prescribed by law by publication
once a week for two (2) consecutive weeks in a newspaper publishe.
in Pulaski County, Arkansas , and having general circulation in
the City of Little Rock, Arkansas.
