A RESOLUTION APPOINTING MEMBERS TO THE BOARD OF
ZONING ADJUSTMENT OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK;
SPECIFYING THE TERMS WHICH EACH MEMBER SHALL SERVE;
AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
WHEREAS, pursuant to Section 43-22 of the Code of
Ordinances of the City of Little Rock, Arkansas, there are to
be five (5) members on the Board of Zoning Adjustment; and
WHEREAS, by Resolution No. 3,007 of the City of Little
Rock, adopted May 6, 1963, five (5) members were appointed to
said Board for three (3) year terms ending May 15, 1966 ; and
WHEREAS, the Board of Directors of the City of Little
Rock desires to stagger the terms of the members on said Board;
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS
OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS :
SECTION 1. All appointments to membership on the
Board of Zoning Adjustment of the City of Little Rock, Arkansas,
now in effect shall terminate at 12 : 00 o'clock P.M. , February 2,
1964.
SECTION 2. Scott Farrell and Cecil Kuehnert are hereby
appointed to the Board of Zoning Adjustment effective February 3,
1964, for three (3) year terms to February 3, 1967.
SECTION 3. Maxwell J. Lyons, II. and William R. Meeks,
Jr. are hereby appointed to the Board of Zoning Adjustment effective
February 3, 1964, for two (2) year terms to February 3, 1966.
SECTION 4. W. H. Marak is hereby appointed to the Board
of Zoning Adjustment effective February 3, 1964, for a one (1)
year term to February 3, 1965.
SECTION 5. This resolution shall be in full force and
effect from and after its adoption.
