A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE PURCHASE OF CERTAIN PROPERTY
HEREINAFTER DESCRIBED FROM THE HOUSING AUTHORITY OF THE
CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS, FOR A TOTAL PURCHASE PRICE
OF THREE THOUSAND FIVE HUNDRED AND NO/100 DOLLARS ($3 ,500 .00) ;
AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK,
ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. The City Manager is hereby authorized and directed
to purchase from the Housing Authority of the City of Little Rock,
Arkansas, upon the approval of title by the City Attorney and the
establishment of the correct boundaries thereof, the following described
property situated in Pulaski County, Arkansas, to be used as an addition
to Allsopp Park:
Tract P-1, Cedar Hill Terrace, an4 addition to the
City of Little Rock, Pulaski County, Arkansas.
for a consideration of Three Thousand Five Hundred and No/100 Dollars
($3,500.00) .
SECTION 2. The City Manager and Director of Finance are hereby
authorized and directed to issue the necessary warrant in payment of
the purchase price authorized in Section 1 above.
SECTION 3 . This resolution shall be in full force and effect
from and after its adoption.
