That the change in zoning classification contemplated for Lots 2 and 3 the Villages at 32 Colonel Glenn Long-Form PCD is conditioned upon obtaining a final plan approval within the time 33 specified by Chapter 36,Article VII, Section 36-454(e)of the Code of Ordinances. That this ordinance shall not take effect and be in full force until the final approval of the 5 plan. 6 Section 8. Severability. Repealer.
