That the zoning classification of the following described property be changed from PCD, 14 Planned Commercial Development, to revised PCD: 15 Lot 1 the Sports Authority Subdivision, City of Little Rock, Pulaski County, Arkansas. 16 Section 2. That the preliminary site development plan/plat be approved as recommended by the 17 Little Rock Planning Commission. 18 • The hours of dumpster service are limited to 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, Monday through . That the change in zoning classification contemplated for LA Fitness Chenal Parkway 25 Revised Short-Form PCD (Z-6278-E), located at 11700 Chenal Parkway, is conditioned upon obtaining a 26 final plan approval within the time specified by Chapter 36, Article VII, Section 36-454(e)of the Code of 27 Ordinances. 28 Section 4. That the map referred to in Chapter 36 of the Code of Ordinances of the City of Little 29 Rock, Arkansas, and designated district map be and is hereby amended to the extent and in the respects 30 necessary to affect and designate the change provided for in Section 1 hereof. 31 Section 5. That this ordinance shall not take effect and be in full force until the final approval of the 32 plan. 33 Section 6. Severability. In the event any title, section, paragraph, item, sentence, clause, phrase, or 34 word of this ordinance is declared or adjudged to be invalid or unconstitutional, such declaration or [Page 1 of 2] 1 adjudication shall not affect the remaining portions of the ordinance which shall remain in full force and 2 effect as if the portion so declared or adjudged invalid or unconstitutional were not originally a part of the 3 ordinance. 4 Section 7. Repealer.
