That the zoning classification of the following described property be changed from PCD, 14 Planned Commercial District,to Revised PCD: 15 Lot 2R, THJR Addition, to the City of Little Rock, Pulaski County, Arkansas containing 16 2.9825 acres, more or less. 17 Section 2. That the preliminary site development plan/plat be approved as recommended by the 18 Little Rock Planning Commission. 19 Section 3. That the change in zoning classification contemplated for Rock Creek Crossing Revised 20 Short-Form PCD (Z-5258-E), located at 12206 West Markham Street, is conditioned upon obtaining a 21 final plan approval within the time specified by Chapter 36, Article VII, Section 36-454 (e)of the Code of 22 Ordinances. 23 Section 4. That the map referred to in Chapter 36 of the Code of Ordinances of the City of Little 24 Rock, Arkansas, and designated district map be and is hereby amended to the extent and in the respects 25 necessary to affect and designate the change provided for in Section 1 hereof. 26 Section 5. That this ordinance shall not take effect and be in full force until the final approval of the 27 plan. 28 Section 6. Severability. In the event any title, section, paragraph, item, sentence, clause, phrase, or 29 word of this ordinance is declared or adjudged to be invalid or unconstitutional, such declaration or 30 adjudication shall not affect the remaining portions of the ordinance which shall remain in full force and 31 effect as if the portion so declared or adjudged invalid or unconstitutional were not originally a part of the 32 ordinance. t SHE E Cm S)` ir.
