3 AN ORDINANCE TO APPROVE A PLANNED ZONING
4 DEVELOPMENT AND ESTABLISH A PLANNED COMMERCIAL
5 DISTRICT TITLED SHACKLEFORD CROSSING LOT 5B REVISED
6 SHORT-FORM PCD (Z-4923-M), LOCATED ON THE NORTHWEST
7 CORNER OF CROSSING COURT AND SHACKLEFORD ROAD,
8 LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS; AMENDING THE OFFICIAL ZONING
9 MAP OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK; AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.

11 NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY
12 OF LITTLE ROCK,ARKANSAS:
13 Section 1. That the zoning classification of the following described property be changed from PCD,
14 Planned Commercial Development,to Revised PCD:
15 Lot 5B Shackleford Crossing Addition, City of Little Rock, Pulaski County, Arkansas.
16 Section 2. That the preliminary site development plan/plat be approved as recommended by the
17 Little Rock Planning Commission.
18 Section 3. That the change in zoning classification contemplated for Shackleford Crossing Lot 5B
19 Revised Short-Form PCD (Z-4923-M), located on the northwest corner of Crossing Court and
20 Shackleford Road, is conditioned upon obtaining a final plan approval within the time specified by
21 Chapter 36, Article VII, Section 36-454(e)of the Code of Ordinances.
22 Section 4. That the map referred to in Chapter 36 of the Code of Ordinances of the City of Little
23 Rock, Arkansas, and designated district map be and is hereby amended to the extent and in the respects
24 necessary to affect and designate the change provided for in Section 1 hereof.
25 Section 5. That this ordinance shall not take effect and be in full force until the final approval of the
26 plan.
27 Section 6. Severability. In the event any title, section, paragraph, item, sentence, clause, phrase, or
28 word of this ordinance is declared or adjudged to be invalid or unconstitutional, such declaration or
29 adjudication shall not affect the remaining portions of the ordinance which shall remain in full force and
30 effect as if the portion so declared or adjudged invalid or unconstitutional were not originally a part of the
31 ordinance.
32 Section 7. Repealer. All laws, ordinances, resolutions, or parts of the same that are•inconsistent
33 with the provisions of this ordinance are hereby repealed to the extent of such inconsisten4� g�+t�C�r,
