WHEREAS, invitation for .ids for the equipment and materials identified by this resolution ave been legally published; and WHEREAS , bids have been received and opened pursuant to said invitation; and WHEREAS, the Board of Directors desires to award contracts on said bids to the lowest responsible and responsive bidder therefor; NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS: SECTION 1.
