A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING GINOCCHIO, CROMWELL, CARTER
& NEYLAND, ARCHITECTS, TO PREPARE PLANS AND SPECIFICA-
TIONS FOR IMPROVEMENTS IN CITY HALL; AUTHORIZING THE
TAKING OF BIDS ON SAID PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS; AND
FOR OTHER PURPOSES .
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF LITTLE
ROCK, ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. The architectural firm, Ginocchio, Cromwell,
Carter & Neyland are hereby authorized and instructed to prepare
detailed plans and specifications for the improvement of the
Board of Directors ' Chambers in City Hall and to submit same
to the City Manager immediately upon completion.
SECTION 2. The City Manager upon receipt of the plans and
specifications referred to in Section 1 hereof shall advertise
for bids upon the said plans and specifications and shall report
to the Board of Directors the amount of such bids for its con-
sideration.
SECTION 3. This resolution shall be in full force and
effect from and after its adoption.
