A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING AND DIRECTING THE MAYOR
AND CITY CLERK TO CONVEY BY A QUITCLAIM DEED
CERTAIN CITY PROPERTY TO ARKANSAS WAREHOUSE CORPORA-
TION; AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
WHEREAS, the City of Little Rock owns certain property
hereinafter described and did, according to law, call for
bids thereon; did advertise for same; and
WHEREAS, the bid of Arkansas Warehouse Corporation in the
amount of Fifteen Thousand and ND/100 Dollars ($15 ,000.00) cash
was the highest responsible and responsive bid submitted; and
WHEREAS, it is the desire of the Board of Directors of the
City of Little Rock to sell and convey said property by Quit-
claim Deed to Arkansas Warehouse Corporation;
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF
THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. The bid of Arkansas Warehouse Corporation in the
amount of Fifteen Thousand and No/100 Dollars ($15 ,000 .00) for
the purchase of certain city owned property, hereinafter described,
is hereby accepted.
SECTION 2. The Mayor and City Clerk are hereby authorized
and directed to execute a Quitclaim Deed in favor of Arkansas Ware-
house Corporation conveying unto the said Corporation all of the
interests of the City of Little Rock in and to the said property,
which Quitclaim Deed, including the description of the said pro-
perty, is in form and substance as follows :

KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:
WHEREAS, the City of Little Rock, Pulaski County, Arkansas,
on the day of , 1963, by Resolution No.
authorized and directed the Mayor, together with the City
Clerk, to convey to Arkansas Warehouse Corporation property in the
City of Little Rock, hereinafter described;
NOW THEREFORE, We, Byron R. Morse and Pauline G. Beeson, Mayor
and City Clerk respectively of the City of Little Rock, Arkansas,
a municipal corporation, organized, chartered and existing under
authority of the laws of the State of Arkansas, for and in considera-
tion of the sum of Fifteen Thousand and No/100 Dollars ($15,000.00) ,
cash in hand paid, the receipt of which is hereby acknowledged,
acting for and in behalf of the City of Little Rock, Arkansas, do
hereby convey, alien and quitclaim unto Arkansas Warehouse Corpora-
tion, its successors and assigns forever, the following lands lying
in the City of Little Rock, County of Pulaski, State of Arkansas,
to-wit:
Beginning at the intersection of the west line of
Barber Avenue and the north line of 26th Street,
which is a street shown on the plat of Watkins Addi-
tion to the City of Little Rock, said plat being
recorded in Mortgage Book AB-1 at Page 84; thence
west 285 feet along the north line of said 26th
Street for a point of beginning; thence west along
the north line of said 26th Street 285 feet to the
SW corner of the SEA of Section 11, Township 1 North,
Range 12 West; thence north 52 .2 feet to the south
line of Roosevelt Road; thence east 285 feet along
said south line of Roosevelt Road; thence south 47
feet more or less to the point of beginning.
TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the same unto Arkansas Warehouse Corpora-
tion and unto its successors and assigns forever, together with all
and singular, the tenements, appurtenances and hereditaments there-
unto belonging or in any wise appertaining.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the City of Little Rock, a municipal

corporation, has caused these presents to be signed by its
Mayor, its Clerk and its corporate seal to be hereto affixed,
all in accordance with and pursuant to a Resolution of its
City Board of Directors, duly and regularly adopted, a copy
of which is hereby attached and made a part hereof, this
day of , 1963 .

On this day personally appeared before me the undersigned,
a Notary Public within and for the County and State aforesaid,
duly qualified and acting, Byron R. Morse and Pauline G. Beeson,
to me well known as the Mayor and City Clerk respectively of
the City of Little Rock, Arkansas, and stated that they had exe-
cuted the foregoing Deed pursuant to provisions of Resolution
No. for the consideration and purposes therein men-
tioned and set forth.
