RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY
OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS, AUTHORIZING CERTAIN
CHANGES IN THE URBAN RENEWAL PLAN, LIVESTOCK
SHOW AREA, PROJECT ARK R-2
1JHEP.EAS, on October 14, 1957 , the City Council of the City
of Little Rock, Arkansas, approved an Urban Renewal Plan (Ordinance
10649) for the Livestock Show Area, Project ARK R-2 ; and
WHEREAS, certain minor revisions in said plan are needed in
light of current plans and standards;
NOW, THEREFORE , BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF
THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS, that:
Section 1. The deletion of the following sentence, "Thayer
Street will be paved only from Wright Avenue to a point approximately
100 feet south of existing [-Nest 20th Street", contained in Section C,
Sub-Section 4, Page 3, Paragraph 3, in the Urban Renewal Plan for
the Livestock Show Area, Project ARK R-2 is hereby approved.
Section 2. Said amendment shall be in full force and effect
from the date of approval of said anendrnenL: by the Board. o:'' Directors
of the City of Little Rock, Arkansas.
