RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK,
ARKANSAS, SETTING THE DATE OF HEARING ON THE PETITION TO VACATE
THAT PART OF " L " STREET LYING BETWEEN HUGHES AND 9. LLON STREETS
AND BETWEEN HALL COVE ADDITION AND BLOCKS 1 AND 2 OF SUCCESS
ADDITION TO THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS.
WHEREAS, a petition was duly filed with the Board of Directors of
the City of Little Rock, Arkansas, on the 8th day of March , 1963,
asking the Board of Directors to vacate and abandon all of that part of " L "
Street lying between Hughes and Mellon Streets and between Hall Cove Addition
and Blocks 1 and 2 of Success Addition to the City of Little Rock, Arkansas,
as designated on the plats of said Additions now appearing of record in Plat
Book 1, Pages 18 and 128, and Plat Book 10, Page 63, in the office of the
Recorder of Pulaski County, Arkansas, subject, however, to any public utility
easements located in said street.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE
CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. The hearing on said petition shall be held at the meeting
of the Board of Directors in the City Hall at 7:30 o'clock P. M., on the
6th day of May , 1963.
SECTION 2. The City Clerk is hereby directed to give notice of such
hearing in the manner prescribed by law by publication once a week for two
(2) consecutive weeks in a newspaper published in Pulaski County, Arkansas,
and having general circulation in the City of Little Rock.
