A RESOLUTION AWARDING CONTRACTS ON BIDS FOR THE PURCHASE
OF CERTAIN EQUIPMENT FOR USE BY THE FIRE DEPARTMENT OF
THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS; AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
WHEREAS, invitation for bids for the equipment identified
by this resolution have been legally published; and
WHEREAS, bids have been received and opened pursuant to said
invitation; aria
WHEREAS, the Board of Directors of the 'Jity of Little Rock
desires to award contracts on said bids to the lowest responsible
and responsive bidder therefor;
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF
THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS :
SECTION 1. Contracts for the purchase of the following equip-
ment for use by the Fire Department of the City of Little Rock are
hereby awarded to the person, firm or corporation in the amounts
shown below:

SECTION 2. The City Manager and Director of Finance are
hereby authorizea and directed to execute the necessary warrants in
payment of the purchase prices hereinabove identified.
SECTION 3. This resolution shall be in full force ana effect
from and after its adoption.
