A RESOLUTION ACCEPTING THE REPORT OF THE LITTLE ROCK POE'
AUTHORITY; AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF LITTLE
ROCK, ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. The report of the Little Rock Port Authority
entitled "Development of Marine Terminal Facilities, Pulaski
County, Arkansas, " as prepared by the engineering firm of Tippetts,
Abbott, McCarthy and Stratton of New York City, New York, submitted
this date, is hereby accepted.
SECTION 2. The Board of Directors of the City of Little
Rock does hereby express its genuine and sincere appreciation for the
labors of the said Port Authority as culminated in the said report
and does acknowledge that the success of port facilities in Pulaski
County will entail considerable personal sacrifice by all members
of the Port Authority and others for many years in the future.
SECTION 3. This resolution shall be in full force and effect
from and after its adoption.
