RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS, SETTING THE DATE OF HEARING ON
THE PETITION TO VACATE THAT PORTION OF WEST 30TH STREET
BETWEEN HAMILTON STREET AND VIRGINIA STREET, AS SHOWN
ON PLAT OF HAMILTON & BRACK ADDITION TO THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS .
WHEREAS , a petition was duly filed with the Board of Directors
of the City of Little Rock, Arkansas, on the 22nd day of October
1962 , asking the Board of Directors to vacate and abandon that
portion of West 30th Street between Hamilton Street and Virginia
Street, as shown on the plat of Hamilton & Brack Addition to the
City of Little Rock, Arkansas, now on file in Plat Book 1, page 175,
in the office of the Circuit Clerk of Pulaski County, Arkansas,
subject, however , to any public utility easements located in said
street;
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE
CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
Section 1 . The hearing on said petition shall be held at the
meeting of the Board of Directors at City Hall at 7: 30 p. m. on
January 7 , 1963 .
Section 2 . The City Clerk is hereby directed to give notice
of such hearing in the manner prescribed by law by publication once
a week for two consecutive weeks in a newspaper published in Pulaski
County, Arkansas, and having general circulation in the City of
Little Rock, Arkansas .
