RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY
OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS SETTING DATE OF HEARING
ON A PETITION TO VACATE THAT PORTION OF L STREET
BETWEEN McADOO AND MELLON STREETS (S1/2 LOCATED IN
THE SUCCESS ADDITION AND N z LOCATED IN THE RIFFEL
AND RHOTON'S FOREST PARK HIGHLAND ADDITION) LITTLE
ROCK, ARKANSAS
WHEREAS, a petition was duly filed with the Board of Directors of
the City of Little Rock, Arkansas on the 27th day of Septeiber
1e62 seeking and asking the Board. of Directors to vacate and abandon
that portion of L Street between McAdoo and Mellon Streets (S'- located
in the Success Addition and N2 located in the Riffel and Rhoton' s Forest
Park Highland Addition) as designated in Plat Book 1, Page 128 and Plat
Book 1, Page 18 in the office of the Recorder of Pulaski County, Arkansas.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of Directors of the
City of Little Rock, Arkansas:
SECTION 1. The hearing on said Petition shall be held at the I
regular meeting of the Board of Directors in the City Hall at 7:30
P .N. o'clock on the 7th day of January , 1c63�
SECTION 2 . The City Clerk is hereby directed to give notice of such
hearing in the manner prescribed by law by a publication once a week for
two consecutive weeks in a Newspaper published in Pulaski County, Arkansas,
and having general circulation in the City of Little Rock, Arkansas.
