A RESOLUTION APPOINTING CECIL KUEHNERT TO MEMBERSHIP
ON THE BOARD OF ADJUSTMENT OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK;
AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES .
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF LITTLE
ROCK, ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1 . Cecil Kuehnert is hereby appointed to membership
on the Board of Adjustment of the City of Little Rock for a three
(3) year term commencing October 9 , 1962, to October 9 , 1965 , which
position was held during the preceding term by Emily Penton, such
position being considered layman representation on the said Board.
SECTION 2. This resolution shall be in full force and effect
from and after its adoption.
