A RESOLUTION APPOINTING A COMMISSIONER IN
CURB & GUTTER IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT NO. 608
OF LITTLE ROCK.
WHEREAS, the Board of Commissioners of Curb & Gutter Improve-
ment District No. 603 of Little Rock, Arkansas , has reported that
Pat Huddleston , Chairman of the Board of Commissioners , has sold
his property within the district and as such is disqualified by
law from serving as a commissioner for said district ; and
WHEREAS, the remaining Commissioners have recommend the
appointment of S. Richard Sims, who purchased Mr. Huddleston' s
property within the district and is willing to serve as such
commissioner , as a successor to Mr. Huddleston on said Board.
NON, THEREFORE , BE IT RESOLVED by -the City Board of Directors
of the City of Little Rock , Arkansas, that S. Richard Sims be and
he is hereby appointed a Commissioner of Curb E Gutter Improvement
District No. 608 of Little Rock, Arkansas , and he is hereby directed.
to forthwith take his oath of office and to enter upon his duties
as such commissioner.
