RESOLUTION NO. 2,914
A RESOLUTION APPOINTING A COMMISSIONER IN STREET
IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT NO. 607 OF LITTLE ROCK

WHEREAS, the Board of Commissioners of Street Improvement
District No. 607 of Little Rock, Arkansas, has reported that
Pat Huddleston, Chairman of the Board of Commissioners , has sold
his property within the district and is no longer a property owner
within the district and as such is disqualified by law from serv-
ing as a Commissioner for said district; and
WHEREAS, the remaining Commissioners have recommended the
appointment of S. Richard Sims, who purchased Mr. Huddleston's
property within the district and is willing to serve as such
commissioner, as a successor to Mr. Huddleston on said Board.
NOW, THEREFORE , BE IT RESOLVED by the City Board of Directors
of the City of Little Rock, Arkansas, that S. Richard Sims be and
he is hereby appointed a Commissioner of Street Improvement District
No. 607 of Little Rock, Arkansas , and he is hereby directed to
forthwith take his oath of office and to enter upon his duties as
such commissioner.
