RESOLUTION NO. 2,913
A RESOLUTION APPOINTING A COMMISSIONER IN SEWER
IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT NO. 128 OF LITTLE ROCK.
WHEREAS, the Board of Commissioners of Sewer Improvement
District No. 128 of Little Rock, Arkansas, has reported that John
E. Barton, one of the commissioners of said district, has sold his
property in the district and has moved from the State and is
thereby disqualified by law from serving as a commissioner of said
District; and
WHEREAS , the recommendation of the remaining commissioners
for his successor on said Board is W. William Graham , Jr. , who
is a property owner in said District and qualified to act as
such Commissioner.
NOW, THEREFORE , BE IT RESOLVED by the City Board of Directors
of the City of Little Rock , Arkansas , that W. William Graham, Jr. ,
be -and he is hereby appointed a Commission er of Sewer Improvement
District No . 128 of Little Rock , Arkansas, and he is hereby directed
to forthwith take his oath of office and to enter upon his duties
as such commissioner.
ADOPTED this December 3 , 1962 .
