A RESOLUTION AWARDING A CONTRACT ON BIDS FOR THE PURCIIASE
OF CERTAIN MATERIALS AND EQUIPMENT FOR USE BY THE POLICE
DEPARTMENT OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK; AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES .
WHEREAS, invitation for bids for the materials and equipment identi-
fied by this Resolution have been legally published; and
WHEREAS, bids have been received and opened pursuant to said in-
vitation; and
WHEREAS, the Board of Directors of the City of Little Rock desires
to award a contract on said bids to the lowest responsible and responsive
bidder therefor;
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY
OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. A contract for the purchase of the following materials
and equipment for use by the Police Department of the City of Little Rock
is hereby awarded to the person, firm or corporation in the amounts shown
below:

SECTION 2. The City Manager and Director of Finance are hereby
authorized and directed to execute the necessary warrant or warrants in
payment of the purchase price hereinabove identified.
SECTION 3. This resolution shall be in full force and effect
from and after its adoption.
