A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR AND CITY MANAGER
TO APPOINT A COMMITTEE TO MAKE A STUDY OF THE LAWS
ADMINISTERED BY THE LITTLE ROCK PLANNING COMMISSION
AND THE BOARD OF ZONING ADJUSTMENT OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK; AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF LITTLE
ROCK, ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. The Mayor and City Manager are hereby authorized
and directed to proceed with the appointment of a committee to
study the laws and regulations administered by and controlling
the actions of the Planning Couuuission and the Board of Zoning
Adjustment of the City of Little Rock, Arkansas, designed to
improve the effectiveness of the functions of the two groups
the
in xxX4xcx orderly development of the City of Little Rock.
SECTION 2 . The Couuuittee shall be composed of, but not
limited to, the Director of Planning, the Director of Public
Works, or such staff members as either may direct; representa-
tives of the Little Rock Real Estate Board, Home Builders Associa-
tion, the Engineering Profession, the Architectural Profession,
Associated General Contractors and the City Attorney.
SECTION 3 . This resolution shall be in full force and
effect from and after its adoption .
