A RESOLUTION AWARDING A CONTRACT ON BIDS FUR THE PUR-
CHASE OF CERTAIN EQUIPMENT FOR USE BY THE TRAFFIC
ENGINEER IN THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK; AND FOR OTHER
PURPOSES.
WHEREAS, invitation for bids for the equipment identified
by this Resolution has been legally published; and
WHEREAS, bias have been received and opened pursuant to
said invitation; and
WHEREAS, the Board of Directors of the City of Little Rock
desires to award a contract on said bids to the lowest respon-
sible bidder therefor;
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF
THE CITY OF LITTLE RUCK, ARKANSAS :
SECTION 1. Contract for the purchase of the following
equipment for use by the Traffic Engineer in and upon the public
streets in the City of Little Rock is hereby awarded to the
person, firm, or corporation in the amount shown below:

1 Wald Model SL-55 Skip--Wald Industries, Inc. $1, 100.00
Line Mechanism Huntingdon, Penn.
SECTION 2. The City Manager and Director of Finance are
hereby authorized and directed to execute the necessary warrant
in payment of the purchase price hereinabove identified.
SECTION 3. This resolution shall be in full force and effect
from and after its adoption.
