A RESOLUTION APPOINTING MEMBERS TO THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES
OF THE ARKANSAS ARTS CENTER; SPECIFYING THE TERM OF SAID
MEMBERS; AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES .
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK,
ARKANSAS:
The following persons, having been nominated by the City
Manager, are hereby appointed to serve as members of the Board
of Trustees of The Arkansas Arts Center, for a term of four years
from the date of the adoption of this Resolution :
Mrs . William Moore Clark
Mrs. Travis W. McCoy
Mr. Edward M. Penick
This resolution of appointment of Trustees shall be in full
force and effect from and after its adoption .
