RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK,
ARKANSAS , SETTING THE DATE OF HEARING ON THE PETITION TO VACATE
AN ALLEyADJACENT TO LOTS 4, 5 and 9, STEM PEL'S ADDITION TO THE
CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS .
WHEREAS, a petition was duly filed with the Board of Directors of
the City of Little Rock, Arkansas , on the `=th day of December
19 , asking the Board of Directors to vacate and abandon all of
the alley adjacent to Lots 4, 5 and 9 , Stempel's Addition to the City
of Little Rock, Arkansas , described as follows:
Beginning at the Northwest corner of Lot 5 of Stempel's Addition
to the City of Little Rock, Pulaski County, Arkansas , go thence
-Vest a distance of 13 .9 feet; thence North a distance of 18 feet;
thence East a distance of 13 .9 feet; thence South 18 feet to the
point of beginning
as designated on the plat of said Addition now appearing of record in
Deed Book 2 , Page , in the office of the Recorder of Pub ski
County, Arkansas , subject, however, to any public utility easements located
in said alley.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF
THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1 . The hearing on said petition shall be held at the meeting
of the Board of Directors in the City Hall at 7:30 _ o'clock P .M . on
the 19t'h day of December 19 60
SECTION 2 . The City Clerk is hereby directed to give notice of such
hearing in the manner prescribed by law by publication once a week for
two (2) consecutive weeks in a newspaper published in Pulaski County, Arkansas,
and having general circulation in the City of Little Rock.
