A RESOLUTION APPROVING THE SALE OF CERTAIN PROPERTY OWNED BY
THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS, COMMONLY DESCRIBED AS THE
FIRE STATION AT 23RD AND ARCH STREETS; AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
WHEREAS, the City of Little Rock has duly advertised for bids
for the purchase of certain property owned by the said City of Little
Jock; and
WHEREAS, an acceptable bid was received pursuant to the adver-
tisement therefor; and
WHEREAS, it is the desire of the Board of Directors of the City
of Little Rock, Arkansas, to sell and convey said property in the
usual form to the bidder offering an acceptable bid;
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF
THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. The bid of Richard C. Butler, Attorney, in the
amount of Nine Thousand One Hundred and No/100 Dollars ($9 ,100.00)
is hereby accepted by the City of Little Rock for the purchase from
the City of certain real property described as follows, to-wit :
The South 50 feet of the North 75 feet of the West Half
(W2) of Block 24, Fulton ' s Addition to the City of Little
Rock, Arkansas.
SECTION 2. The Mayor and City Clerk are hereby authorized and
directed to sign and execute a Quitclaim Deed unto Richard C. Butler,
Attorney, in and to the above described property and to deliver same
unto the Grantee upon receipt by the City of the sum of Nine Thousand
One Hundred and No/100 Dollars ($9 ,100.00) cash.
SECTION 3. This resolution shall be in full force and effect
from and after its adoption .
