RESOLUTION NO. 2605
A RESOLUTION REAPPOINTING FRANK H. COX, HOWARD
EICHENBAUM, AND HUGH PATTERSON, JR. TO THE LITTLE
ROCK PLANNING COMMISSION; REAPPOINTING ALVIN E.
BELL TO THE LITTLE ROCK HOUSING AUTHORITY; RE-
APPOINTING W. H. MARAK TO THE BOARD OF ADJUSTMENT;
AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF LITTLE
ROCK, ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. Frank H. Cox, Howard Eichenbaum and Hugh
Patterson, Jr. , whose terms expire October 31, 1960, are hereby
reappointed to the Little Rock Planning Commission, effective
November 1, 1960, for three (3) year terms ending October 31,
1963.
SECTION 2. Alvin E. Bell, whose term expires October 31,
1960, is hereby reappointed to the Little Rock Housing Autho-
rity, effective November 1, 1960, for a five (5) year term
ending October 31, 1965.
SECTION 3. W. H. Marak, Civil Engineer, whose term
expired September 30, 1960, is hereby reappointed to the Little
Rock Board of Adjustment, effective October 1, 1960, for a
three (3) year term ending September 30, 1963.
SECTION 4. This resolution shall be in full force and
effect from and after its adoption.
