A RESOLUTION ACCEPTING THE PERMANENT DRAINAGE EASEMENT
EXECUTED ON OCTOBER 17, 1960, BY THE AMERICAN WAREHOUSE
COMPANY TO THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK AND THE PUBLIC GENE-
RALLY OVER AND ACROSS CERTAIN LANDS LOCATED IN THE CITY
OF LITTLE ROCK, ARISANSAS; AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF LITTLE
ROCK, ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. The Permanent Drainage Easement granted to the
City of Little Rock and the public generally on October 17,
1960, by the American Warehouse Company over and across certain
lands, described as follows, located in Pulaski County, Arkansas,
is hereby accepted:
The South 10 feet of a part of the Northeast Quarter .
(NE4) Southeast Quarter (3E4) Section 2, Township 1
North, Range 12 West, more particularly described as
follows: Beginning at a point 191.5 feet North of
the intersection of the West line of the right-of-way
of Shall Street with the North right-of-way line of
East Sixth Street; thence North 1 degree 10 minutes
West along the West line of Shall Street 303.4 feet;
thence South 88 degrees 50 minutes West 492 feet to
the East line of the Chicago Rock Island and Pacific
Railway right-of-way; thence South along the said East
line of the said Railway right-of-way 315.2 feet; thence
North 88 degrees 50 minutes East 440.0 feet to the point
of beginning.
SECTION 2. Said easement shall be recorded with the Circuit
Clerk and Recorder of Pulaski County, Arkansas, and thence filed
in the Office of the City Clerk of the City of Little Rock,
Arkansas.
SECTION 3. This resolution shall be in full force and effect
from and after its adoption.
