A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING AND DIRECTING THE CITY MANAGER TO EXECUTE
A CERTIFICATE OF RIGHT OF WAY ACQUISITION FOR THE BENEFIT OF THE
ARKANSAS STATE HIGHWAY COMMISSION; AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK,
ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. The City Manager is hereby authorized and directed
to execute a Certificate in behalf of the City of Little Rock, Ark-
ansas, in effect certifying that right-of-way has been obtained by
the City of Little Rock for the proposed improvements on Cantrell
Road or Highway 10 in the City of Little Rock.
SECTION 2. The Certificate which shall be signed by the City
Manager is in form and substance as follows :

CERTIFICATE
This is to certify that all right-of-way, and all construction
easements, necessary for this project as shown on the construction
plans, have been acquired or legally placed at the disposal of the
City of Little Rock for occupancy and use with the following exceptions:
RIGHT-OF-WAY EXCEPTIONS
1. William M. Powell - 25 square foot triangle at northwest
corner of Tract 76.
2. L. K. Austin - 66 square foot triangle at southwest corner
of Allsopp Park Road and Cantrell.
3. Opal J. Williams - 12.5 square foot triangle at north-
east cornet of Tract 119 .
4. J. V. Hall - Curb return from northwest corner of Tract
96. (Condemnation authorized but suit not filed at the request
of the attorney for J. V. Hall.)
EASEMENT EXCEPTIONS
1. Easements 71, 72 & 73 - Missouri Pacific Railroad Company.
2. Easement 53 - Perkins Sprinkler System Company.
3 . Easement 24 - Williamson
With these exceptions the State Highway Department is authorized here-
by to enter thereupon and commence construction.
This also is to certify that the right-of-way is now or will be
clear of all utilicies on the schedules as follows:
Southwestern Bell Telephone Company
Relocation to be completed 134 days after job is started, i.e.
staked out.
Arkansas Power & Light Company
Relocation CO be completed 134 days after job is started, i.e.
staked out.
Arkansas Louisiana Gas Company
Relocation to be completed by August 1, 1961.
Little Rock Municipal Water Works
Relocation to be completed by November 1,1960.

Little Rock Sanitary Sewer Department
No relocation involved - manholes will be adjusted during
course of construction.
