A RESOLUTION APPOINTING MEMBERS TO THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF
THE ARKANSAS ARTS CENTER; SPECIFYING THE TERM OF SAID MEMBERS;
AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK,
ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. The following persons having been nominated by the City
Manager, are hereby appointed to serve as members of the Board of Trustees
of The Arkansas Arts Center, to serve from the date of the adoption of
this Resolution until the date of the expiration of the terms of each as
set forth opposite their names respectively:

Ross Anderson October 1, 1965
Willard Billingsley May 1, 1961
Lawrence Burrow, Jr. May 1, 1965
Gordon H. Campbell May 1, 1962
E. B. Cromwell October 1, 1961

SECTION 2. This resolution of appointment of Trustees shall be in
full force and effect from and after its adoption.
