A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR AND CITY CLERK TO
EXECUTE A RIGHT OF WAY PERMIT GRANTING THE LITTLE ROCK
MUNICIPAL WATER WORKS PERMISSION TO LAY, CONSTRUCT,
MAINTAIN AND REPAIR WATER MAINS UPON CERTAIN PROPERTY
SITUATED IN BOYLE PARK IN LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS; AND
FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF LITTLE
ROCK, ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. The Mayor and City Clerk are hereby authorized
to execute a Right of Way Permit granting the Little Rock Municipal
Water Works permission to lay, construct, maintain and repair
water mains upon certain property situated in Boyle Park in Little
Rock, Arkansas, which property is described in Section 2 hereof.
SECTION 2. The form and substance of the Right of Way Permit
to be executed by the Mayor and City Clerk is as follows:
RIGHT OF WAY PERMIT
KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS :
THAT the CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS, Grantor , a municipal
corporation, by Werner C. Knoop, its Mayor, and Pauline G. Beeson,
its City Clerk, for and in consideration of the benefits to be
received by it, does hereby grant to the BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS of
the LITTLE ROCK MUNICIPAL WATER WORKS, for the use and benefit of
the Little Rock Municipal Water Works system, Grantee, permission
to lay, construct, maintain and repair water mains, whether one or
more, and appurtenances thereto, now and at different times in the
future, upon the following described real property situated in
Pulaski County, Arkansas, the land subject to this permission being
a strip ten feet in width, five feet on either side of a line
described as follows :
Commence at a point which is 5 feet South of the North right
of way line of West 32nd Street in the City of Little Rock,
Arkansas, where said street abuts upon the East boundary line
of Boyle Park, and run thence West 762 feet on a line
deflecting right 0 degrees 24 minutes from a line which is
parallel with the North right of way line of said West 32nd
Street; thence deflecting right 22 degrees 30 minutes for 24
feet; thence deflecting right 11 degrees 15 minutes for 155
feet; thence deflecting left 47 degrees 51 minutes for 107.5
feet; thence deflecting left 12 degrees 14 minutes for 142
feet; thence deflecting left 73 degrees 15 minutes for 12 . 3
feet; thence deflecting right 99 degrees 5 minutes for 189 .5
feet to a point on the West boundary of Boyle Park, said point
being 325 .6 feet East of the center line of Whitfield Street
and 34 feet North of and parallel to the South right of way
line of West 32nd Street if projected Eastward;
Also, commence at a point on the North boundary line of Boyle
Park 1009 feet West of the center line of Section 12, Town-
ship 1 North, Range 13 West, said point being 5 feet East and
30 feet South of the Southeast corner of Block 7 , Blankenship
Subdivision to the City of Little Rock, Arkansas ; from said

point run thence deflecting right 0 degrees 3 minutes for
481.5 feet; thence deflecting right 46 degrees 30 minutes
for 167 .8 feet; thence deflecting left 11 degrees 51 minutes
for 198 . 1 feet; thence deflecting right 3 degrees 46 minutes
for 262 feet; thence deflecting right 9 degrees 29 minutes
for 97 .9 feet; thence deflecting left 22 degrees 50 minutes
for 191 .5 feet; thence deflecting left 49 degrees 19 minutes
for 182 .2 feet.
Said Grantor does also grant to the said Grantee permission
to construct a waterworks pumping station upon the following
described real property situated in Pulaski County, Arkansas :
A part of the Wi of the NWT of Section 13, Township 1 North,
Range 13 West, more particularly described as beginning at
a point 31 feet North of the South right of way line of West
32nd Street if projected Eastward and 465 . 6 feet East of the
center line of Whitfield Street, said point being 140 feet
East of the West boundary of Boyle Park, and run thence East
60 feet; thence South 75 feet; thence West 60 feet ; thence
North 75 feet to the point of beginning.
IN TESTIMONY WHEREOF, the name of the City of Little Rock,
Arkansas, is hereunto affixed by its Mayor and its seal affixed by
its City Clerk, this day of September , 196U .

qualified, commissioned and acting, Werner C. Knoop and Pauline
G. Beeson, Mayor and City Clerk, respectively, of the City of
Little Rock, Arkansas, known to me to be the persons described in
the foregoing instrument, and acknowledged that they had executed
the same in the capacity therein stated and for the purposes
therein contained.
