A RESOLUTION ACCEPTING A DEDICATION DEED FOR STREET AND UTILITY
PURPOSES; AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
WHEREAS , Albert L. Fletcher as lishop of Little Rock and Rowley
United Theatres, Inc. , have executed a Dedication Deed dated August
12, 1960, dedicating certain properties for street and utility pur-
poses; and
WHEREAS , it is the desire of the Board of Directors of the City
of Little Rock, Arkansas, to accept the dedication;
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE
CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. The dedication by Albert L. Fletcher as Bishop of Little
Rock and Rowley United Theatres, Inc. , of certain properties described
as follows, to-wit:
The W2 of a parcel of land in the W2 of the SW4 of Section 33 ,
Township 2 North, Range 12 West, Pulaski County, Arkansas,
more particularly described as commencing at the Southwest
corner of the NW4 of the SW4 of said Section 33 , run on a
bearing of North 89 degrees 44 minutes East along the South
line of the NZ of the SW4 of said Section 33 a distance of
777.5 feet to the point of beginning; thence North 24 degrees
44 minutes East a distance of 181.1 feet to a point; thence
South 52 degrees 59 minutes East along the South right of way
line of the Chicago, Rock Island and Pacific Railroad a
distance of 61.4 feet to a point ; thence South 24 degrees 44
minutes West a distance of 247 .3 feet to a point; thence
Westerly along the North right of way line of Arkansas Highway
No. 10 (60 foot right of way) a distance of 61.7 feet to a
point; thence North 24 degrees 44 minutes East a distance of
93.8 feet to the point of beginning, being an area of 0.180
acre, more or less. ,
be, and is hereby, accepted by the City of Little Rock, Arkansas,
acting through its duly constituted Board of Directors.
SECTION 2. This resolution shall be in full force and effect
from and after its adoption.
