A RESOLUTION FIXING DATE FOR THE HEARING ON A PETITION
TO RELEASE, CLOSE, VACATE AND ABANDON A PORTION OF
WOODLAWN STREET IN THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS;
AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
WHEREAS, Success Corporation, by H. F. Buhler, President, has
filed with the Board of Directors of the City of Little Rock, Arkansas,
a petition praying that the following described portion of Woodlawn
Street be released, closed, vacated and abandoned:
Commencing at a point 5 ' East of the SW corner of Lot 7, Block 28;
run thence South 40 feet to a point 5' East of the NW corner of
Lot 12, Block 29; thence East along the North line of Lots 12 and
1, Block 29, a distance of 282 feet to a point 5' West of the NE
corner of Lot 1, Block 29; thence North a distance of 40 feet to
a point 5' West of the SE corner of Lot 6, Block 28; thence West
along the South line of Lots 6 and 7, Block 28, a distance of 282
feet to the point of beginning, all in Success Addition to the
City of Little Rock, AND commencing at the SW corner of Lot 6,
Block 27, thence South a distance of 40 feet to the NW corner of
Lot 1, Block 30, thence East along the North line of Lot 1,
Block 30, a distance of 135 feet to a point 5 ' West of the NE
corner of Lot 1, Block 30; thence North a distance of 40 feet
to a point 5 feet West of the SE corner of Lot 6, Block 27;
thence West along the South line of Lot 6, Block 27 a distance
of 135 feet to the point of beginning, all in Success Addition
to the City of Little Rock, AND commencing at a point 5 feet
East of the SW corner of Lot 7, Block 26; thence South a dis-
tance of 40 feet to a point 5 feet East of the NW corner of
Lot 12, Block 31; thence East along the North line of Lots 12
and 1, Block 31, a distance of 282 feet to a point 5 feet West
of the NE corner of Lot 1, Block 31; thence North a distance of
40 feet to a point 5 feet West of the SE corner of Lot 6, Block
26; thence West along the South line of Lots 6 and 7, Block 26,
a distance of 282 feet to the point of beginning, all in
Success Addition to the City of Little Rock, Arkansas ; AND
commencing at a point 5 feet East of the SW corner of Lot 7,
Black 25 , run thence South 40 feet to a point 5 feet East of
the NW corner of Lot 12, Block 32, thence along the North
lines of Lots 12 and 1, Block 32, a distance of 287 feet to
the NE corner of Lot 1, Block 32; thence North a distance of
40 feet to the SE corner of Lot 6, Block 25; thence West along
the South lines of Lots 6 and 7, Block 25 a distance of 287
feet to the point of beginning, all in Success Addition to
the City of Little Rock, Pulaski County, Arkansas.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE
CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS, that :
Section 1. The 19th day of September , 1960, at 7:30 P. MI
in the Board of Directors' Chamber, City Hall, Little Rock, Arkansas,
is hereby fixed as the time, date and place for the hearing upon the
petition of Success Corporation, by H. F. Buhler, President , to release,
close, vacate and abandon a portion of Woodlawn Street in the City of
Little Rock, Arkansas.
Section 2. The City Clerk of the City of Little Rock, Arkansas,
is hereby directed to give notice of such hearing by publication once
a week for two consecutive weeks in some newspaper published in the
County and having general circulation in the City of Little Rock,

Arkansas. This notice shall: (a) state the name of the person who
signed the petition; (b) state the name of the street and describe
the portion thereof to be vacated; and, (c) advise all persons that
at the time, date and place set forth above, the Board of Directors
will hear and determine whether said portion of Woodlawn Street shall
be vacated.
