A RESOLUTION APPROVING THE PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS FOR THE
REMODELING OF AN ABANDONED FIRE STATION NOW LOCATED IN MACARTHUR
PARK FOR USE AS AN ADULT RECREATION CENTER, WHICH PLANS AND
SPECIFICATIONS WERE PREPARED AND SUBMITTED TO THE BOARD OF DI-
RECTORS BY BRUCE R. ANDERSON, ARCHITECT; AUTHORIZING AND DIRECTING
THE CITY MANAGER TO ADVERTISE AND. TAKE BIDS FOR THE SAID REMODELING;
AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK,
ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. The plans and specifications for the remodeling of
an abanaoned fire station now located in MacArthur Park for use as
an adult recreation center prepared by Bruce R. Anderson, registered,
licensed architect, are hereby approved.
SECTION 2. The City Manager is hereby authorized and directed
to advertise and take bids for the said remodeling pursuant to the
plans and specifications approved in Section 1 hereof.
SECTION 3. This resolution shall be in full force and effect
from and after its adoption.
