A RESOLUTION APPOINTING MEMBERS TO THE BOARD OF HOUSING
APPEALS; SPECIFYING THE TERM OF SAID MEMBERS; AND FOR
OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF LITTLE
ROCK, ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. There are hereby appointed the following members
to the Board of Housing Appeals for the position and tenure as
set forth opposite their names respectively:
W. Dan Cotton, Chairman - three (3) year term beginning August 1,
1960, through July 31, 1963.
Allan F. Burns three (3) year term beginning August 1,
1960, through July 31, 1963 .
W. Owen Lyon, Jr. two (2) year term beginning August 1,
1960, through July 31, 1962.
Martin Borchert two (2) year term beginning August 1,
1960, through July 31, 1962.
Col. Henry W. Brandhorst- one (1) year term beginning August 1,
1960, through July 31, 1961.
SECTION 2. The following persons are hereby appointed as
Ex-Officio Members of the Board of Housing Appeals pursuant to Ordi-
nance No. 10,907 :
Dr. Mason G. Lawson - Health Department
Capt. E. M. White - Fire Department
C. C. Collie, Jr. - Planning Commission
SECTION 3 . This resolution shall be in full force and effect
from and after its adoption.
