A RESOLUTION APPOINTING CHARLES WADE AS
COMMISSIONER OF STREET IMPROVEMENT
DISTRICT NO. 582 TO FILL VACANCY
WHEREAS, William C. Finch, a duly appointed, qualified and
acting Commissioner of Street Improvement District No. 582, Little
Rock, Arkansas, no longer owns property within the District and
hence is no longer eligible to serve as such Commissioner; and
WHEREAS, property owners in said Street Improvement District
No. 582, Little Rock, Arkansas, have requested the appointment of
Charles Wade, residing at 5916 A Street, in Little Rock, Arkansas,
and a property owner in said District, as successor to said
William C. Finch and to fill the vacancy due to the ineligibility
of the said William C. Finch to continue to serve as said
Commissioner.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF
THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS, that Charles Wade be, and he
is hereby, appointed as a Commissioner of and for Street Improvement
District No. 582, Little Rock, Arkansas, and said Charles Wade is
hereby directed to take the oath of office as required by law and
to enter upon his duties as such Commissioner.
