A RESOLUTION APPOINTING E. JACK MURPHY AS DIRECTOR OF FINANCE FOR
THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK FOR AN INDEFINITE PERIOD; AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
WHEREAS, the Board of Directors of the City of Little Rock, Arkansas,
has created a position described in the Position Classification Plan
as "Director of Finance" and has established a pay range in connection
therewith; and
WHEREAS, it is desired by the City of Little Rock to continue as
efficiently as possible the continuity of supervision of the fiscal
affairs of the said City; and
WHEREAS, E. Jack Murphy has heretofore managed and supervised the
records and fiscal affairs of the City as Finance Officer;
NOW THEREFOaE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY
OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. E. Jack Murphy is hereby appointed to serve for an in-
definite period as Director of Finance for the City of Little Rock,
Arkansas, at the pay range and position created and identified in
Ordinance No. 11,105
SECTION 2. This resolution shall be in full force and effect from
and after its adoption.
