A RESOLUTION INVITING REGION V, UNITED STATES
CIVIL Dy ENSE COUNCIL TO HOLD ITS ANNUAL MEETING
IN THE CITY OF LITTT1E ROCK, ARKANSAS, IN 1961.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF LITTLE
ROCK, ARKANSAS:
Section 1. Realizing ts responsibility in the civil
defense efforts of the State of Arkansas and of the Nation, the
City of Little Rock, Arkansas, sincerely and enthusiastically
invites Region V of the United States Civil Defense Council to
hold its annual meeting for the year 1961 in this City.
Section 2. This resolution shall be in full force and
effect from and after its date of adoption.
