A RESOLUTION AWARDING CONTRACTS ON BIDS FOR THE PURCHASE OF
CERTAIN EQUIPMENT FOR USE BY THE MILK & DAIRY DEPARTMENT OF
THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK; AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
WHEREAS , invitation for bids for the equipment identified
by this Resolution have been legally published; and
WHEREAS, bids have been received and opened pursuant to
said invitation; and
WHEREAS, the Board of Directors of the City of Little Rock
desires to award contracts on said bids to the lowest responsible
bidder therefor;
NOW 'THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS,
OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. Contracts for the purchase of the following
equipment for use by the Milk & Dairy Department of the City of
Little Rock are hereby awarded to the person, firm or corporation
and in the amounts shown below:

1 6 Cylinder Sedan Bale Chevrolet Co. ) $3 ,466.12
2 3 Cylinder Sedans B, le Chevrolet Co. )
SECTION 2. The City Manager and Director of Finance are
hereby authorized and directed to execute the necessary warrant or
warrants in payment of the purchase price hereinabove identified.
SECTION 3. This resolution shall be in full force and effect
from and after its adoption.
