A RESOLUTION EMPLOYING ANCIL M. DOUTHIT AS CITY MANAGER FOR
THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS, EFFECTIVE AUGUST 15, 1960;
PROVIDING THE SALARY AND AUTOMOBILE ALLOWANCE FOR SAID CITY
MANAGER; AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK,
ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. Ancil M. Douthit is hereby employed as City Manager
of the City of Little Rock, Arkansas, effective August 15, 1960, at
an annual salary of Fifteen Thousand Five Hundred and No/100 Dollars
($15,500.00) and authorized an automobile allowance of One Hundred
and No/100 Dollars ($100.00) per month.
SECTION 2. This resolution shall be in full force and effect
from and after its adoption.
