A RESOLUTION APPROVING THE PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS FOR
THE CONSTRUCTION OF A YOUTH CENTER AT WAR MEMORIAL PARK
SUBMITTED TO THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS BY RICHARD GROH,
REGISTERED, LICENSED ARCHITECT ; AUTHORIZING AND DIRECTING
THE CITY MANAGER TO ADVERTISE AND TAKE BIDS FOR THE SAID
CONSTRUCTION PURSUANT TO SAID PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS;
AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK,
ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. The plans and specifications for the construction
of a Youth Center at War Memorial Park submitted to the Board of
Directors by Richard Groh, registered, licensed architect, are hereby
approved.
SECTION 2. The City Manager is hereby authorized and directed
to advertise and take bids for the said construction pursuant to the
plans and specifications hereinabove approved, the cost of which
including all fees shall not exceed the total sum heretofore approved
for said project.
SECTION 3. This resolution shall be in full force and effect
from and after its adoption.
