A RESOLUTION COMMENDING AND EXPRESSING SINCERE APPRECIATION
TO THE J. WYTHE WALKER FAMILY FOR ITS CONTRIBUTIONS TO THE
ROBERT G. WALKER MEMORIAL TENNIS CEN'fl R; AND FOR OTHER
PURPOSES.
WHEREAS, the J. Wythe Walker Family through its gifts has
made possible the creation and construction of the Robert G. Walker
Memorial Tennis Center, which is now complete; and
WHEREAS, such a center could not have been possible but for
the contributions made by said Walker Family;
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF
THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. The City of Little Rock, acting by and through
its Board of Directors, does hereby commend and express its sincere
and deep appreciation to the J. Wythe Walker Family for contributions
which have made possible the creation and construction of the Robert
G. Walker Memorial Tennis Center,
SECTION 2, The City Clerk is hereby ordered and directed to
certify a copy of this Resolution to the members of the J. Wythe
Walker Family.
SECTION 3. This Resolution shall be in full force and effect
from and after its adoption.
