A RESOLUTION ALLOCATING FOUR HUNDRED FIFTY THOUSAND
AND NO/100 DOLLARS ($450,000.00) FROM THE UNAPPROPRIATJD
SURPLUS IN THE GENERAL FUND TO THE RIGHT-OF-WAY FUND
OF THE 1958 BOND ISSUE CONSTRUCTION FUNDS; AND FOR
OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF LITTLE
ROCK, ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. There is hereby allocated Four Hundred Fifty
Thousand and No/100 Dollars M50,000,00) from the unappropriated
surplus in the General Fund to the Right-of-Way Fund of the 1958
Bond Issue Construction Funds,
SECTION 2. The money allocated in Section 1 hereof may
be used in connection with the acquisition of right-of-way for
Eighth Street, Cantrell Road or University Avenue at the discretion
of the Board of Directors of the City of Little Rock, Arkansas.
SECTION 3. This resolution shall be in full force and effect
from and after its adoption.
